There is absolutely no scientific evidence that food has any relationship with bad skin. HOWEVER, I would stay away from too much oily foods, and sweets and limit caffeine just as a measure to stay in good health. Also, keep your face clean, don't touch your face, if any blemishes do occur, do NOT pick at them, and DO drink plenty of good ol' H2o!

It can be...if you have a high-fat, sweet beverage like a frappuccino, it will wreak havoc on your skin. Caffeine and chocolate are the two worst things for your face, and frappuccinos combine them :(
However, I find that if I have something like a frappuccino and then drink a lot of water--like 24 ounces--there aren't any negative effects. Drinking water is one of the best things you can do for your skin.

I don't know about that, but I work at Starbucks and basically the only people who order frappuccinos are whores and obese people. So don't put yourself in that group, and order some real coffee.

If you eat or drink too much of anything, and don't care for your skin, it can be bad.
