I have a Victoria Sponge mix box and it says to make the cake all i need to do is add water and egg. The problem is that the person who will be eating the cake cannot eat egg. I was wondering if anyone knows of a replacement of egg. Also i'm really not the best at making cakes so there is always something wrong with it. One major problem is that my cakes never rise. It always sinks into the centre. Am i putting too less rising flour?
Also a few times my cakes have became sticky. I dont understand what am i doing wrong.

Christmas is tommorrow and i really need this cake made!
Please Help me!

i can't really help you with egg part but the reason for the sinking in the middle is normally because as soon as it is ready people take the cake straight out but what you should do is leave it in the oven to cool down a bit then open the oven and stick a fork in the middle, the fork should be clean!
hope this helps
