As a retired nurse, I can tell you that you need to go to the ER and have a thorough check up. This is nothing to take lightly even at 26. If it's nothing but anxiety (which it may be) or angina, it can be managed. Although, it's not unheard for someone of your age to die of a heart attack. Do yourself and your family a favor; get to the hospital and stop playing around. Godloveya.

At 26 years old, you should have enough sense to realize many diseases and disorders can cause similar symptoms. Having strangers "guess" in a forum is not ideal when your health is at risk. Those could be serious symptoms related to heart problems or minor angina. Regardless, why are you not seeking a doctors diagnosis?

I would think that you have indigestion a lot and think its your heart but i would get it checked if i were you . then i would watch my diet to see which food was causing the problem. If you smoke that would be the first thing to eliminate and go from there
