sprinkle sea salt and fresh cracked pepper on the tenderloin, use a skillet you can put in over and pre heat oven to 425. Get skillet really hot and sear loin on all sides and put in oven for 20 minutes for med rare. Take out and let sit for at least 10 min before cutting. Simple is best for a great cut of meat, you can add other herbs like parsley, garlic, even a grill seasoning but the key is NOT to over cook.

if you want fillet go for fish "have a "joint of beef" roast in the oven
in a roasting tin ,baste periodicly ,put the potatoes in and the sheeps in blankets (sausage wraped in bacon) with 35mins to go rest of vegies doing on the hob

seal off in a very hot pan until brown then pop into oven to finish to degreee you prefer. Serve with a creamy pepper sause, or simply garlic butter!

seal the outside of it (to keep the juice's in) then place in a deep tray and pour in a bottle of red wine and roast/poach it till it's done to your liking
