The only reason they say to change your lancet every time is to make money.I used my last one till it would no longer even get any blood.
If it makes you feel better change it but as you be come more experienced in diabetes care, you will feel better about reusing them.
Good luck and keep on testing.

For some of the answers here LANCET is the small needle used to prick the finger, they can be used more than once, personal chioce, especially if you test more than once a day, I use mine twice a day then replace, have some friends that use more often until it hurts more when used. Just dont put Lancet pen down in a dusty/dirty place though. Hygeine in all cases.

You have told your glucose level but not told what food you had on that day. Ok if you are 30 year old and having a little higher level of blood sugar levels then nothing to worry. Normal range is for fasting sugar must be between 70 to 120 and 2 hr after food it should be below 160 mg/dl. Did you have any family history of Diabetes? If yes then you are prone to diabetes. What is your weight? Is it healthy weight for your height and age? If not then you need to loose little weight, increase Green leafy vegetables in food, eat oatmeal …it will help you. Do little brisk walking for 20 to 30 min everyday. Don’t panic. Follow healthy diet and stress free life it will help you lot.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

If you are using individually packaged lancets, they are single use.

In theory you should change every test, I personally change once a day, unless I do more than 4 tests when I will change. It hurts less with a new needle and causes less trauma to the skin;

I use mine probably 30 times or so, I think they recommend up to maybe 10 uses as I normally get 3 with every 50 strips.

For single use ONLY! Reusing could give false readings or spread/give an infection.
Always dispose of them right after using.
