Amanda.....phone NHS Direct...0845 4647 they will take all your details over the phone and will give you advice...sending an ambulance if they think its necessary. dont panic if you are alone. Lay down and take it easy until they tell you what to do. If necessary call 999 and get help that way. Good luck and hope its just a passing phase.

Well, you could have pneumonia, asthma, congestive heart failure, to name but a few possibilities.
You really should see an MD right now!
You'll be alright if you go to the doctor and get a proper diagnosis. It's probably asthma or pneumonia, but in either case it requires proper management that can't be provided over the internet.

I betchya a dollar you have a Respiratory Infection. Treat your symptoms (decongestants, fever reducers, etc.) and see your Dr. for an antibiotic Rx. You're 25 yrs old and healthy...somehow I doubt that CHF is your problem! Quit smoking.

i would phohe an ambulance now babe..any sort of serious chest pain needs a mamogram..please phone an ambulance now..its better to get it checked out than die premiturely.. its 999 phone it now ok...

get it checked out,could be Reflux,that causes bad chest pain and wheezing sometimes,the acid causes all sorts of problems, but to be safe go to the docs and get your heart checked.
