Vegetarian restaurants, Indian restaurants, health food shops, university cantines. Get yourself a T-shirt printed with some logo or text stating that you are a vegetarian, or that you respect animals ;-)
Ehmmm, if you hear a nice vegetarian girl whine about her meat-eating bf, invite her to diner (home cooked vegetarian, ofcourse), and steal her away........... ;-)
Good luck!

You may look for the Buddhist, most Buddhists are vegetarians. On the behalf of their belief of not killing lives (any living things), therefore they do not eat any kind of meats.
But of course you may also look for the girls who really into health care products and sales, they believe being vegetarian can ensure healthy body and most importantly, keep fit and slim.

I'm _amazed_ that nobody said 'just about any university.' You don't, in my experience, even need to bother with searching out the campus veg society.
Choosing a mate based on dietary habits might be a little less than ideal, though.
But that might be a minority opinion...
