when I was a little girl we got jewlery, The ring was the napkin ring and there was a necklace and a bracelet as well. We all got hats too. I remember being SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO impressed. I also remember us all dressed up like grown ladies.

At a valentine's day party, the favors were all types of condoms, colored, glo in the dark etc. Had to be the most unique (and useful) things to receive, lol!

group picture mailed as a thank you note, We left the party with a funky little picture frame . at this time you can tie candies, ornaments,or zany gifts (depending on the party and age!) and a "more to come" message.
I have also enjoyed standing behind a cut out image and having my picture taken with my friend, With technology today it can be printed quickly. Also a DVD of the people at the party would be cool. Just download and send it as a thank you note,

My favorite party favor was probably a crown that I got from my friend's birthday party.

At a wedding reception, each guest received a CD of the bride and groom's special songs (their "first dance" song, the song that played for the father of the bride dance) and other significant songs in their lives. The wedding was 3 years ago, and I still play that CD.

my favs are things that I will actually keep, and not throw out...like candles, or mini picture frames, or even little plants....at a recent xmas breakfast at a friends, she had got us all coffee mugs that had a cute ceramic tag (ornament) that you could write your name on with the dry erase marker and you could always get the name changed...
Theres alot more since i went to tons of parties

I liked those paper things that roll out (with a feather on the end)when you blow into them and come back in a curl when you stop blowing. I think they make a small noise too.
