bake ricotta cheese,egg,sal,pepper and some tomato vodka sauce without the pasta what will it come out like?

Like a pasta sauce that you wish you had some pasta to go underneath.

I would stuff the ricotta, egg, salt, pepper mixture with some parmesan cheese in ricotta shells or between layers of lasagna noodles, then top with the tomato vodka sauce.

Just putting the ingredients in the sauce will make it chunky instead of smooth (like curdled milk)

It'll be edible but it'll taste strong, the texture will be 'off' and you'll fill up on calories (ricotta) to fill you up. Instead of omitting pasta, try using whole wheat or multigrain pasta.
