No, but you do need to go to a doctor if this is a serious question. You need to know what is causing the infection, and have it cleared up before it becomes worse. It is not AIDS or HIV, but there are other diseases you don't want, along with these. Doctors know best, not computer friends.

I would guess an infestation say Herpes but, you'd better get to the doctor and get some lab smears made my good man. You could just have a sore butt from a constipation, no? have you tried "Preparation H" in the tube? over the counter, smear it all around and inside. If you haven't been with another man and haven't had anal sex, only you should know, than you shouldn't have anything to worry about, should you? I would get to a doctor.

HIV doesn't 'fester'. From the little description you have provided, it could be papillomaviruses, HSV, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Haemophilus ducreyi, Treponema pallidum, Sarcoptes scabiei or a dozen other microorganisms. Good luck finding out which one it is. Go see a doctor for crying out loud!
