Its means the the artery in the bottom heart of your heart is blocked by cholesterol (heart disease). If the blockages is severe or for patient who even have a heart attack before, there will be an abnormalities in the part of the heart muscles which is affected.
Through echocardiography (Ultrasound of the heart), we can see which part of the heart musle pump weaker than the rest.
In inferolateral , its the 'bottom' of your heart area which is affected.

I assume you're talking about cardiac ischemia. Ischemia means lack of oxygen. Inferior means bottom (superior/inferior). Lateral means side (medial=middle, lateral=one side or the other). So, inferolateral means bottom/side. This is probably due to a coronary artery blockage.

its the lack of blood supply to one specific area of the brain causing symptoms of stroke ..the area is lower outer side
