oranges or apples

Apples I think, because they are mentioned in the Bible (Garden of Eden) but it did say a "garden" so who's to say that there weren't oranges present at the same time, ya know?

Actually, the Bible doesn't mention apples in the Garden of Eden. It just says the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Maybe it was a fig, because figs actually grow in the Mesopotamia area. I'm not sure if apples do. Apples are mentioned later in the Bible, though.
