Polish food is the best, hands-down. I grew up on it, and have extremely rarely found a certain food that I don't like. lol im hungry...gonna go make some peirogis w/ cheese and potato

OMG! I love the stuff. My grandmother came here when she was 11 yrs old, she was the best cook ever. Ever have the creamcheese cookies filled with jelly? She used to make a cassorole out of polish sausage, sauerkraut, potatoes, cauliflour, mushrooms, dill and caraway seed and mustard that was out of this world. She would also put alot of dill in her chicken soup.

I do because I'm from Pittsburgh Pa the polish stronghold of north America. My brother and my mother a both Polish. Even thow my mother who gave birth to me is polish I'm still less Polish then my full blooded brother. but I polish food.
