Not at all, chicken pox are a form of herpes, and not the bad kind you can get that is a STD. They are in the category of the common cold sores.

Nope. The only illness or condition known to be related to chicken pox is a case of the shingles in that those who had chicken pox tend to be more likely to develop shingles later in life.

No directly, however if you are HIV+, your immune system is going to be weakened and you may be more susceptable to chickenpox.
