No. There are too many people on the face of the Earth now! Think about it! If we cured all disease we all would kill the planet from overpopulation. Disease is very neccesasary today more than ever. In fact, we could use another plague to run through the globe now! Aids is taking too long to thin out the population!
And don't kid yourself. There is a cure for most all disease but those are locked away for good while the drug companies sell there products to us!

One time my boyfriend told me they already had a cure for AIDS they just can't give it to people cuz the population will get to high and the world will be overpopulated

No I would sell it to the AMA. And the price would be the proper treatment of addiction in America. that sale may not go thru. But let's face it. The slammers and the gays are the ones that brought it upon us, so that would knock out one of the known sources. My gap can take care of the other one.
