well that's called a "CARDIAC ARREST"

it may jolt to start on its own....or after some CPR

as for the answers already given above me.....
"asthma" is when person cannot breath easily...
"heart attack" is when patient has severe chest pain
"murmur" is a sound due to some hole in the heart
"arryhtmia" is when patient's heart is irregular.. it doesn't stop

It is not always as serious as it sounds on average it happens to everyone 8 times a day !! but we are not usually aware of it
However as with anything heart related get it checkout by a doctor just to be sure
