I got clinically diagnosed with genital herpes (type 2) about 4 yrs ago, when I was still in college and had a foolish one-night stand. From different people with it I get different answers. One guy I know has little shots of pain before an outbreak, a woman I know has an ichy feeling. Yet another person I know says it tingles. I suppose you will have to learn how your body reacts so that you can tell when an outbreak is going to occur.
