I like cheese better because it can go on a lot of different things. You also can't overuse cheese like you can with mustard, but i would have to say mustard is one of my favorite condiments.

cheese...i could go without mustard in my life...but life without cheese would be a life with bland pizza, burgers, nachos, etc...
