I'm sorry! My son is only 7 years and we have known since his first day of life that his don't work :( He will have to have a transplant in 3 or 4 more years. I know it sucks but hang in their you can get through it. Get on the national kidney foundation wed site and find some more info out. find people to talk too also! Cheer up it is the most popular organ to fail you have a lot of company. Good Luck Friend.

I agree with "Emily". You are asking for answers without giving any information. I'm sorry you're in renal failure but you should be asking your nephrologist this question. She or he already has the information you haven't given us.

I DUNNO things fail. Your question isn't very thourough do you wanna share your medical history with us, maybe you'll get better answers.

And if your kidneys fail I'm sure your doc told you why.
