Traditionally you would normally serve brussel sprouts, peas and carrots although this can vary of course depending on what you fancy. Some people have about five vegetables but I find this too much especially with the roast and mashed potatoes.

If you don´t include sprouts you will miss out on the traditional farts so don´t forget to include them.
Apart from that, roast parsnips and potatoes, mashed potatoes, carrots, broccoli and, if you want, cabbage.
Eating chocolate before and after dinner also helps the wind process. Poo!

I wouldn't know about turkey I haven't eaten meat for 12 years. What I'm having with my veggie Xmas dinner is potato, swede carrott and potato mashed with brussel sprouts and parsnips. I'm guessing that these veggies may go with your turkey. This is veggie land but I suspect that you just mis categorised your post. Eitherway I'm sure you will have a fab christmas lunch!!!! Season's greetings!!!
