I'm borderlining, so I'm going to try and cut back on the sweets! Diabetes runs in my family, so I'm trying to push the effects back as far as I can. =)

Im type 2 also...and have just been taken off the last of my meds (it was reduced by half a couple of months ago). My diet and exercise has worked so well that I no longer have to take the tablets, I am over the moon.
To answer your question...I want to lose more weight and get even healthier. I have lost 5 stone since july and intend to lose another 10 stone in the next 18 months to 2 years;
Merry Christmas;

I hate the word " Diabetic ". I am so much more than a diabetic.
I am a person who has many interests and has diabetes.
Why should people with diabetes only be concerned with their disease ? Don't any of you have other interests to make resolutions about ?

Since I had a kidney and pancreas transplant in 1999, I strive to take really good care of myself. I have been straying from my diet/exercise routine more this year due to lack of time. My resolution is to FIND the time to what I'm supposed to do!!
