If you did not smoke for awhile it's normal to get dizzy

If youre not use to the nicotine then that can make u dizzy at first. Smoking raises your blood pressure so it can be that, or because your red bloodcells are carrying the carbon dioxide round your body rather than oxygen, so theres less oxygen going to your brain, which could also be it. And there's many chemicals which can make u feel dizzy, so pretty much any of these reasons

Yeah - it's normal.
Nature's way to tell you do not smoke.
Your blood pressure increases while you are smoking and that makes you dizzy, also you are not getting enough good oxygen.

Careful............I did that too, back in the day......and I passed out! And to top it off, I was sneaking and smoking at school, outside in the parking lot........next think I knew I was on the ground, with my friends freaking out around me. They told me afterwards I went into a seisure......teachers had helped me inside and to the office......I ended up at the hospital with a zillion test being run.......all of them coming out inconclusive. I was afraid to admitt that I was smoking, because I was at school and thought I would get kicked out........and foolish me, I kept trying to smoke after that.....but only when I was sitting down. I ended up stopping a couple years later, and I am now very glad I did because every person I know, that continued, now as an adult, regrets it with everything in them, because they can't quit. It is too hard. So you, like me, will probably need to see the hard way. Good luck with that!

you feel dizzy when you smoke because of lack of adequate oxygen to the brain, also known as anoxia. Not to mention all the llittle goodies that go with smoking like carbon monoxide, cyanide and formaldehyde.
Your body is telling you to stop, suggest you listen to it.

You are toying around with possible trouble. Give up smoking. Better than dealing with a possible stroke.

Courtney,
I think your a young girl. so take this from a pro QUIT NOW. I am 43 and cant quit, if your dizzy your depriving your brain of oxygen, and consticiting blood flow to your brain. QUIT NOW before its to late

How long have you been smoking, it's most likely a good nicotine buzz.... That occurs when your system isn't used to the drug.
