Fluid transfer...(her wet mouth to your penis), can pass HIV through the "tip" of the penis...(yes, its an opening to your body!)

From what I understand, you can. I believe the herpes virus can be present in any open sore, internal or external, can transmit the disease to your "man part" and infect you.
