A really hard nose bleed and pain in your upper right chest?
Could high blood pressure cause either or both of these?

High blood pressure certainly causes nose bleeds and chest pains both. You should probably see a physician about it.

It could be high blood preasure . Are you using any blood thiners? Sounds dangerous to me .I'd go to the ER
