You can't buy over the counter medication for gonorreah. You need pretty strong antibiotics to kill this bacteria, and those need to be prescribed by a doctor.

An exciting woman beats anything you can buy at the local pharmacy. One more thing-you do NOT need iron as a rule. Iron is a cytotoxin if taken needlessly. There is a condition known as iron poisoning, and it can cause all sorts of problems ranging from heart problems to cancer (RE: Duke's answer). Hence, unless you are anemic, your multivitamin should clearly state "without iron."

None. Go to a doctor and get a real diagnosis and make sure it is gonnorhea (correct spelling by the way).
There are other STD's that have some of the same symptoms but are treated with different antibiotics.

This is a treatment: http://www.inhousepharmacy.com/infections/erythromycin.html
I am giving you this link because I am afraid you won't get any treatment at all otherwise. Gonorrhea can cause some very bad longterm problems if not treated properly.
I don't know anything about the dosages or how you would know if you were cured. It would be much better to see a doctor.

You'll need to take antibiotics that treat the organism that causes gonorrhea. Often, doctors will give you antibiotics that treat both gonorrhea as well as chlamydia, which causes identical symptoms.. Azithromycin will usually do the trick. But you'll need a prescription for that.

You can't. You need a doctor to write a prescription for an antibiotic. You also need a doctor's diagnosis to make sure it is gonorrhea.
