Rule of thumb for work party food is never make something people can't eat with one hand. Often at a work party people have to stand while eating and that makes it difficult.

Well when I think of Italian sausage I think of the fair with all the extra stuff that goes with them. I think that also if you're using them it would be hard to make them for an o'dourve. I think that little smokeys with some Cattleman's BBQ sauce would be better.
