You can't get STD's (Sexually Transmitted Disease) from someone who doesn't have any. Now they might have something and not know or not be symptomatic which, in that case it's a different story. Otherwise the key word here is "transmitted".
On the other hand males who engage in unprotected anal penetrative intercourse are at risk for developing a Urinary Tract Infection, which can be a serious (more so than it is in women).

YES! How do you know definitively if your partner has STD's or not? Surely you are not going to just take their word for it. That's how STD's are spread. Oftentimes people are not aware they are infected in any way. The only way to know is for you both to be tested.

yes it is possible, in any form of sex to catch an STD. If she doesn't have it then no but it can be passed on if she engaged in having sex with an infected person
