thongs can carry germs from the front to the back or vise-versa, whenever that string moves as you walk, do you sorta get me here?

Yes, it can. Yeast can spread throughout the body including the digestive track. Take care of it either w/over the counter creams or see a Dr for the pill treatment. Also if you get yeast often, take AZO yeast it replenishes your system with the good bacteria.

If left untreated it can spread a lot of places. Go get an over the counter treatment and follow the directions. You need to get rid of the infection ASAP.

I have never heard of this, ever. I get yeast infections regularly and have never been cautioned or warned about it spreading anywhere else.

Yes. You need to be treated.
If left untreated, yeast infection can damage your fallopian tubes and cause endometriosis.

Most often it is the other way around...careful which direction you wipe.
