Yes, it can. Yeast can spread throughout the body including the digestive track. Take care of it either w/over the counter creams or see a Dr for the pill treatment. Also if you get yeast often, take AZO yeast it replenishes your system with the good bacteria.

If left untreated it can spread a lot of places. Go get an over the counter treatment and follow the directions. You need to get rid of the infection ASAP.

I have never heard of this, ever. I get yeast infections regularly and have never been cautioned or warned about it spreading anywhere else.

Yes. You need to be treated.
