Please do not ask for an online diagnosis. You cannot get one. Only an MD, NP or PA can give you a diagnosis and ONLY after a physical exam and required diagnostics. You have not stated any other symptoms or named any situations during which the discharge occurs.
That said, the discharge needs to be evaulated in an appropriate setting such as a medical office and/or lab. Make an appointment with your primary care provider.

If your talking from your penis that your talking most probably blood and then that means go to the doctor, you may have a infection in the bladder or kidneys.

It might be an infection or other problems. You should see your doctor and they will look into the matter and treat it. good luck
