Rack of lamb. Standard romantic dinner for two.

Smear the entire rack of lamb with garlic butter. Press bread crumbs into the butter. Place lamb fatty side up on a baking rack inside a glass baking dish. Bake at 375/

30 minutes for rare (internal temp of 135-140)
35 minutes for medium (internal temp of 140-150)
Anything longer than 35 minutes or internal temp higher than 150 is well.

Serve with baby red potatos and a butter dill sauce, and steamed asparagus. Asparagus and lamb chops are finger food. We all know where that will lead.

use olive oil or Pam cooking spray and brown 2 chicken breast on both sides, take them out of the pan, rinse the pan, put them back in the pan pour a jar of spaghetti sauce, any kind with peppers and onions and mushrooms in it and simmer them on medium heat until tender. When the chicken is done put Swiss or mozzarella cheese on top. Put the meat over cooked spaghetti noodles or linguine noodles sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top ,make a tossed salad with Mandarin oranges, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatos, cucumbers, and shredded carrots, . warm some garlic bread, they have frozen at the market. get a bottle of wine and a box of frozen strawberries or fresh strawberries with a little sugar on them some whip cream and yellow cake or twinkies if you can't find the yellow cakes. twinkies are more fun! to make strawberry shortcake for desert get candles and have soft music playing in the background and on little pieces of paper write how will we eat? nude pajamas or lingerie where will we eat? living room, bedroom or dining room and what will we do after dinner? take a bubble bath together have sex in any room except the bedroom or go get a room , ask the question and let him pull his choice out of a hat. only do this when you don't have to work in the morning cause it's gonna be a long night!

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMDjf

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Tell him you are having a picnic in bed for dinner. Tell him to get something really comfy on...put a different blanket on the bed to use as the 'picnic' spread...use your best wine glasses and make the food real simple, plain grilled meat (cut small as finger food) some fresh fruit, maybe a little chocolate for dessert. You can light candles and put on soft music....talk about something other than work...enjoy!
