It's tough to answer this kind of question without knowing your age. If you are under 50 and no one in your family has a history of heart disease, and you have no heart defects, the chances are unlikely that you are having a heart attack. Many different things could be causing the sensations you are feeling. One is an anxiety (panic) attack, these can feel like a heart attack and come on suddenly, there are medications to help you with this. One could be TMJ which is a problem with your jaw, just too much stress can cause these symptoms too. If you are still worried, see your doctor

If you're worried go and see your doctor. If you live in the UK then phone NHS direct - if not then go to their website, it's got lots of stuff on illnesses http://www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk/ Any chest pain is a warning sign, if you're being irrational then all you'll feel is a bit foolish, at least you'll be alive. If you're having a hard time you're probably suffering from stress anyway. Go see your doctor!

I don't know how old you are, but I doubt you are having a heart attack! It's probably sympathetic or pains brought on by reading about this woman. Your symptoms seem to be the same as the woman you read about!
If you are in doubt, go to your doctor or the emergency room, though.
Good luck!

Michael Jackson didn't have a middle assault. He skilled Cardiac Arrest and medical professionals would now not revive him. Heart assault isn't the equal factor as Cardiac Arrest. The post-mortem will start day after today to check why he went into Cardiac Arrest.
