Yes, it's not only normal but healthy to keep your weight at a point where you do have curves.

With the World's (not just USA) obsession with skinny is being challenged by Top Designers on the runway. Surely you've heard the Big News when Madrid, Spain baned Skinny Models on the runway. They are using the body mass index or BMI -- based on weight and height -- to measure models and actually turned away 30 percent of women who took part in the previous event.

In today's society of eating disorders it's refreshing to hear someone wants to weight a normal, healthy weight.

If you want to know your true body mass index or BMI, make an appointment with your Doctor.

p.s. Don't let others around you convince you your fat if the Dr. says your NOT!

I think you need to seriously evaluate your decision to want to gain weight. I would start by calculating your BMI to see where you actually stand with your weight. Increased weight comes with some serious increases in risk for many diseases, including high blood pressure, heart disease, skeleto-muscular issues, diabetes, breast cancer, and many others.

It's perfectly normal. In fact, I agree with you. As long as you are not obssessive about gaining weight, you should be fine.
