No, I didn't watch it. I expect that both sides were guilty of the worst sort of either/or pseudo-thought.
Why bother with twits whose brains are insufficiently complex to grasp the concept of both/and?

This has been asked before.
"Basically it was a bunch of dingo's kidneys.
(And that was just the camerawork!)
If you knew your theology, and your science, and you were alert to mis-statements and "straw man" arguments you could pick your way through it, and find some useful nuggets. Otherwise it was just a mess.
Describing the Fermilab building as "A temple to science" will do as an example as what was slipped in.
And Rod Liddle's final rhetorical question would get short shrift here, from atheists and theists alike. It does make a rather fundamental difference to the nature of the universe, whether or not there's a creator god involved in it.
And there's not room for both sides to be right, even if there are very good grounds for each side being socially tolerant of the other.
More details on request, if I can recall the programme well enough." My earlier answer.
I can imagine a programme on this theme that was challenging and thought provoking, but this wasn't it.
"Memes" were brought up, and disposed of, in an incredibly stupid and superficial way, for an additional point of criticism.

I wish I could have watched it but I'm in America. It is silly. Well if he's willing to spend an hour of his life talking about it and how many hours researching it he must find it to be a threat. Think about V for Vendetta. For every action they had to get on TV and try to cover it up. I think it's great he's taking us so seriously.

There is nothing wrong to rely on science when one is sick with cancer. We rely on God in all circumstances. God gives and takes away. We all die one way or another, it is just about where do you want to go after this life. I want to be with God.
I did not see this program, but I wish I did. All Christian programs are not approved by God. The same thing in the Bible. All things reported in the Bible are not acceptable behavior by our God.

What the hell do you expect? You think Christians are just going to sit by and watch as their religion falls apart? You're expecting tolerance from these people? Get a grip on reality, and don't bother watching Christian shows about atheism.

I agree, I would take it one step further and argue that it is also irresponsible and ill-advised.
