I think girls are sick of slow moving guys. As a guy, you should talk to the girl and don't be shy. Don't fidget. Be confident in yourself and it will show. Girl do not really like wussies so don't be one (or at least don't act like one). Don't compliment her too much. It will give her too much power. Just remember, girls want it just as much as guys do.
As a girl, they should not have to make the first move. When a guy talks to you, just give the right signals. Smile. Touch him (on the arm. non-sexually) or just be expressive with your conversation. If you are with a group of girls and feeling subconscious with leaving your friends, then you must break free from them to talk with the guy.

Women don't make the first moves in Utopia. But, alas the old ways are fading away. I can't believe some of the things I see young girls doing now--and they are not ashamed!
I'm 37 and old-fashioned--let the men do the chasing. My only duty is to slow down when I want to be caught!

It will be difficult for any one to extend further talks due to a sort of less confidence...You grow the relationship as per your daily gossips...

Mostly depends on where you are to what you can say,just small talk about where you are or what you are doing,if they are interested then thing will move,get the courage and go for it.
