Romania , for the variaty of subjects(14-15 to 5th to 12 grade students) taught and the will to improve the system everyday

China, Its free Education for all that want to learn all the way up and through College.
India, about the same, but they focus on teaching Technicall skills alot.
Canada: cause the chicks are babes.

usually i skip stupid question. but this question is really too stupid that i'll hate myself if i skip it. are you really so stupid? do your own research and you'll find out. anyway why did you ask? are you going to do something bad to them or what? or are you really interested to pick up a course or what? but before you make any decision, think thrice. can you cope with it? i doubt you can. but, for this once, i think i am going to agree with them.
