I know there is probably a really obvious answer to this but if you did take a girl to the prom/ball with a limo would she expect to be taken home with the limo: If there is an after ball party? And what about if there isn't?

Yes, is there's a ride TO the prom, I think she would expect a ride FROM the prom. Even if there isn't an after party.

Why don't you ask your school counselor about this. You don't know if there is a party afterward? There are dozens, all at the homes of parents of these play-adult children. Talk about cheap, a limo one way. If she accepts that she is so desperate that she does not have an opinion and will take a watermelon in the face from hubby any times he wants to smash her.
"Oh, we are going to take your aunt's car back home? What happened to the limo?"
"I just don't want to spend the extra hundred. It's not like we are going to get married or anything. Probably we'll never see each othe again anyway. You know how it is."
