If not, then how do you explain "Chosen" peoples? what does that mean? to be God's Chosen people? Or the term "Saved" for that matter? aren't these terms just arrogance?

God loves all humanity equally.

He, however, has given humanity free will, and it is the ones that freely choose to love Him and follow His direction (the bible), that are His chosen ones.
And since no one can do so without sinning, He gave us The Lord's Prayer. which, by the way, He tells us to pray daily.

Saved is not a term of arrogance, it's in the Bible. John 3:16.
Chosen Ones is also in the BIble, and therefore is not just a term of arrogance.

there is only one group of Humans, we are all the same group.
don't forget that the term "chosen of God" is a term applied to a group by that same group. the same thing with "saved"; I am a Christian, so I call myself saved, but a Muslim or a Jew may think I'm lost. It sort of falls into the category: "the victors write the history books". The Jewish Bible (the Torah) says the Jews are the Chosen people of God, Innu of Northern Canada call themselves simply "the people" and they certainly wouldn't think Jews are chosen by God above them
these terms are arrogance, they are self applied, and they are not conducive to good neighbour relations

'Saved' does not mean loved more. Saved people ar those who have accepted Jesus into their lives as Lord and Saviour, and who believe and walk with God. Chosen people refers to the Jews who were chosen by God through which the rest of the world would come to know God. It's got nothing to do with being more special than any one else.

No.. God is no respecter of persons and wills that all men should Know the day speedily cometh and is at hand when peace shall be taken from the earth and the devil shall have power over his own dominion and the Lord shall have power over his saints and shall come down in judgement upon Idumea (the World) Anyone who repents of their sins and forsakes them and follows after Christ becomes God's chosen or in other words becomes a saint thru Christ Jesus.. These are Christ's elect hence the word chosen in all reality is a spirit who was left with good and evil and that spirit (you/me/whoever) being left with Evil and Good chooses the Good.. if you choose the good then you choose to follow after Christ.. But as for Chosen people Heavenly father loves all his children. His arm of mercy his extended to all he reaches forth his arm all the day long to us unworthy creatures.

In my understanding chosen people refers to people who first followed God's commandments and accepted God as God. Others were following idol gods or seeing themselves as god.
To be saved is to have accepted that we are sinners and God is the only way to be redeemed from our sins.

And no I don't believe the terms are arrogant at all. Along with being chosen or saved one must follow the laws of God. It isn't (and should be used as) a bragging right that people use to say they are better than other people. I do acknowledge that many people use it in this way. It is saying indeed you have given up the sinful life in the world to dedicate you life to God and his purposes for your life rather than fighting against God's will in your life.

I believe He loves all of us. The 'chosen' are the ones who have dedicated their lives solely to God's service.
The term would be arrogant if the person is a self proclaimed 'chosen person ' or 'saved'. Deeds and not titles matter in this case.
If a person is genuinely concerned about other people and has dedicated his/her life to the care of humanity, he will automatically be appreciated as a chosen person.

These terms aren't arrogant at all. The people who use them though are stupid. There is no such thing as god, and thus no 'chosen' or 'saved' people.

they were originally the people who ultimately followed his law, honored and worshiped him - that is how they got to be chosen; saved means the belief that God sent his son to save man and offer eternal salvation to those you believe without seeing; have faith and obey his laws; that is not arrogance ; it is arrogance to believe that you know better than God and that is how you fall out of being "chosen" .
