It's been 6 months my girlfriend told me that she was lesbian and didn't want to be with me anymore even though she still loved me. I was desperately in love with her and then I decided to do something that maybe no other guy would ever do for a girl: I subjected myself to a surgery in Africa to change my sex and turn myself into a girl so she woud have no reason to leave me. Last month the whole process was completely done and I hadn't told her anything yet because I wanted to surprise her. However, when she saw me she said that all I did was for nothing because she doens't want to stay with me even after all I've done for her. She said she would never ask me to do such a thing and that I was looking like a monster for her. Now I just don't know what to do. I like girls and I don't know if I will ever find another girl who accepts me the way that I look now. The doctor told me the surgery is unreversable. What should I do?

She was LYING. She isn't really a lesbian, she was just saying that so you would move out of her apartment and leave her the hell alone.
And you took her seriously, and thought 'if I was a girl too, she'd still love me, right?'
But you missed the fact that she was LYING.
She's not a lesbian. She doesn't like being naked in bed with other women. She doesn't even like touching other women's buttocks. She liked men. Just not you. And especially not you now, because you are a lady now. A very scary lady who changed sex for someone who didn't even love you.
Umm... I guess the operative question is, what are you going to do now? Find a nice muscular guy who can show you how to adapt to your new lifestyle of being a girly?

I assume that you know that if you were telling the truth that the operation IS reversible and your "doctor" wouldn't have advised you otherwise. If you're going to lie, at least get your story straight.
