can't unless you have system recovery.
Start menu-->programs-->accessories--> system tools-->system recovery-->resotre computer to an earlier point--> choose the date you will resotre too...and there ya go...you may loose some information but you can get most back...
then, of course, if you turned off system recovery like many do...you might be buggered.

Once the History is Deleted, it is permanently deleted, System Restore will not recover it because there is nothing left to recover. Here is a Fix. Do Not Delete Anything You Want to Save!

You cannot. You can try data recovery softwares like "PC Inspector File Recovery"

System restore as mentioned is your best bet.
If it fails then look on google for one of the many free
undelete programmes.

I dont think this is possible. "System restore" does not deal with these. Unless you made a backup of your profile then you may be stuck, sorry

Forget it, gone foreverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.... might be worth seeing if an i.t. technician can pull it from the ghost files, but they aren't reliable
