Their food is in tubes... like gogurts. They push or suck the food through a straw into their mouths. CAREFULLY! as it will fly all over the cabin and bump into some very important equipment. Some food is dehydrated and needs have water added, some food ccan be left in its natural state.
To go to the bathroom they have to anchor themselves down and then use a vacuum system to remove the waste as it is expelled from the body. Gotta remember, no gravity so if they did not catch things as they leave the body, it would also be flying all over the cabin. Yuck. I am sure this takes some getting used to!

Their food is processed and condensed into packages where they can sip it through a straw. More advances have allowed for a wider range of tastier foods than the early astronauts had available to them.

As for digestive waste, the toilet aboard the shuttles are equipped with a strap that holds the user down and a vacuum similar to a flexible shower head that the astronaut places where the excretion is coming from.

Astronauts are given food which are rich in protiens or carbohydrates, i.e they are given food in the form of small capsules, these are prepared such that it fulfills all the requirements of the body.basically food which they eat is not so delicious.

Regarding body waste , for urination small bags are attached to their pelvic area which in turn dump urine thru tubes to another de-attachable bags, and for body waste de-attachable bags are attached.
