"Anomalies" usually refer to congenital anatomical abnormalities, not to abnormal clinical findings secondary to the disease.
Are you certain that is what you are asking for?

1. Wilms tumor (an adrenal tumor) can show blood in the urine.
2. Neuroblastoma can result in blockage of lyphatic flow in the scrotum.
3. Pheochromocytomas do not have any particular associated GU associations, in spite of residing in adrenal glands.
4. Some kinds of osteosarcoma (Li-Fraumeni) have been associated with germ cell tumors.

You might try a PubMed search for recent literature associating one or more of these diseases with GU anomalies. However, such anomalies don't appear to be highly correlated, from the textbook descriptions.
