Doxorubicin 50mg/m2 IV bolus day 1
Cyclophosphamide 750mg/m2 IV bolus day 1

ACE
doxorubicin 40mg/m2 IV bolus day 1
Cyclophosphamide 600mg/m2 IV bolus day 1
Etoposide 120mg/m2 IV infusion days 1,2,3
Recycle Day 22 x 2 cycles then review toxicity and response
KIV 6 cycles


for non small cell lung Cancer

CAP
Cyclophosphamide 400-500 mg/m2 day 1
Doxorubicin 40-50mg/m2 IV day 1
Cisplatin (+hydration) 50mg/m2 IV day 1

Recycle Day 29 for 2 cycles then review for response and toxicity KIV to 6 cycles

PV
cisplatin (+hydration) 80-100 mg/m2 IV day 1
Vinblastine 6mg/m2 IV bolus day 1 & day 8
recycle D22 for 2 cycles then review for response n toxicity KIV 6 cycles

you can use chemotherapy , radiotherapy or surgery , but this procedures are unsuccessful, it is one of the terminal stages of cancer, and has very bad prognosis. you can live 6 months with this cancer, am sorry for depressing u. a wish you lot of health.
