Yes, most film developping stores have scanner/printer machines that make pretty decent copies of a picture that has already been printed to photo paper.

If you have lots of negs, then most high end scanners will do this, I have a Epson DX650 which will copy photo prints to a high degree, with no computer. I also use a dedecated film scanner for trans & negs. In the long run it may be cheaper to buy a scanner than pay a photo shop.

You can take old photos to almost any photo shop to make a copy. You can also scan old prints to make a copy. Many stores have scanners that you can use. You can also have prints made from you negatives. Commercial photo shops in the U.S., including those in drug stores and places like Wall and K-Mart, will not copy professional photos tha may have copywrites in force. This includes school pictures, even twenty or thirty year old ones.

You can transfer the "film" photos using a scanner, but for best results scan the negative, your scanner should be capable of this.

Most photo shops can do this.
You can try scanning it into your computer if you have a scanner - but depending on the finish on the paper, the results may not be very good.

I'm not exactly sure what you're asking. If you're asking if you can get reprints of photos that you already have, then the answer is yes. Any photo developer can do this.

I presume you still have the negatives...?

If so, your local processor can produce prints from them at the same quality as the original prints you had.

That's why should always look after the negatives.

Yes, any of the made processing companies can do this for you. Its not as good as from a negative but they are ok, and stand up to blowing up as well ( making bigger - not dynamite ! )

Try directphoto or something.
