Have a vet check her. You may have thought you felt pups. Ive had people tell me they have a pregnant dog they want me to rescue. I ask how far along is she they aren't sure but they feel them move and no one is pregnant. Its a common mistake in a novice.
It is possible she may have an infection. I see a lot of leakage with infections. If she is preganat and an infection you want her to the vet ASAP Pymetria is a nasty situation!!!.

Yes and No. Depends on how far along she is. It takes 63 days from the day of breeding to whelping. A pups sac could have broken (not common). Won't effect the pup unless there's a problem with the placenta, which carries oxygen and nutrients from the mother to the pup. The water protects and cushions the pup while it is still in the uterus.
Or, she has so many pups that they are pressing on her bladder and causing her to lose urine. Either is possible.
You can tell if she is close to whelping by watching her nipples. The breasts start to swell and the nipples produce first a clear liquid and then a milky liquid. The mother's milk doesn't come in until after she has finished whelping her pups and they are nursing. The first milk is called "colostrum" and is very important for the pups.
When she is in labor, she will pant heavily, dig, circle and lie down, get up and do it all again, before the first pup is born. You will see her pushing to pass a puppy. If this goes on for more than 2 hours without any results....you need to call a vet.
As soon as she passes a pup, you need to make sure the bag is off the nose so the pup can breathe. The mother will do the rest.
Please have her spayed after this. Good luck!

If her waters have broken then she will be giving birth now, you'll see the contractions. And she should have built a nest for the pups.
But they might just be pressing on her bladder. She needs a vets check anyway to see if she's wormed and vaccinated or not; if not the pups will be born with an extra worm burden (they always have a few anyway) and low levels of antibodies against diseases such as parvo virus.
So get her to the vets and they can explain it all, they may have some leaflets or something but you also need to do more research and learn how to be a midwife. Go to the library and get some books.

no she probably isnt going into labour, when she does she will be scratching around nesting and she will get a bulge at the back of her and she will be having contractions.. believe me you will know when she is in labour
the wet patches are probably milk leaking from her as she is getting ready to feed her pups this happens a week or so before the pups come.. if you can feel them moving then she is nearly at the end of her pregnancy so try not to leave her for long on her own as you need to be there in case she needs help
i would recommend a book called the whelping and rearing of puppies they sell it in petsmart.. this book was my bible when my dog was pregnant
good luck !!

There is a possibility that she is close to giving birth or the pups are pressing on her bladder, and yes this is normal.
A vet will tell you.

ya man its normal, when u see its boby fat and always sleep means its pregnant...the dog sleep becoz when u r pregnant u feel a type of laziness....now one she is pregnant i adviced u, coz am a vet....ya i adviced u to give her a lot of milk...coz carrying a baby is not an easy task....so her bones needs a lot of surport,,and in milk their is alot of calcium...and also the babies will be stronger....and for foods don't give her , these canned things, prefer to give her cereals fot dogs or cooked fresh meat...natural things, and in her food add a lot of vegetables, for mineral.....and in her food take half onion and garlic , cut it, or grate it...a little bit...so as ur dog hairs don't fall when she deliver her puppies and so as she don't have instects on her.....and when the puppies will be born, they will stay with their mother and if the mother had instect they would also get it......and i also adviced u , its dam important....when the time has arrived that the mother will deliver its puppies, plz don't go and see..let her do it herself....coz it dpended of dog u have...they can eat their own puppies.....thats all i can say.....

The puppies may be pressing the bladder making it hard for
the mother to hold urine.
