you cant , however you can create an illusion. Take a purge, go on a liquid diet nothing too sweet or eat fruits and vegetable no meat , don't eat late, and wear a belly band to sleep. This works but as soon as you stop you are back to normal. I will not advice that you prolong this, use it just for the occasion. For something permanent have balanced meals, exercise lots of sit ups and crunches. This will take about six months for best results.

Flat tummy in 10 days is not possible by natural methods. You can do it by fasting but it is not advisable.

you may have got many answers for that but it is really tough if not impossible. i think we are talking here flat abdomens not reducing weight right. Well there's a product called AB king Pro which will improve your abs. in few days. So give it a try and let me know if u get desired results.

well u cant really do dat..but if u want people 2 say,"hey..ur tummy its goin down, then eat less fatty foods, when u lie in bed, bend ur legs and then raise up to touch ur feet wid ur hands..breathe in when u *** up..i do this everyday..it works, and mind u..ur just starting..so dont do too many ull get a back pain..do 10 in the 1st week..gradually increase the no of crunches..all the best..happy b'day in advance..!

do kapalbhati see baba ramdev and dont eat at all except one loaf of bread and two cups of tea thats it and after bday be ready for lots of weakness as if u will reduce in 10 days u will surely try something very hard and result will be this only too much tired and with no energy left, anyhow happy birthday
