i think after 7 months u might start doing exercises for abs even after c section. and there is no other remedy - exercise. exercise. exercise. i have 3 children, gained weight each time up to 14 kg, now i have no stomach at all. all due hard work in gym every day. when i was working i was doing exercises at home at 9 pm. after kids went to beds

The only way is to exercise...I have had 3 c-sections, if you don't do those sit-ups and other core building exercises you will never reduce your tummy! Sorry...

well the only other way is diet
if not plastic surgery
i will advise against both as u r probably nursing ur kids
exercise is the best
or maybe juast start doing things around your place
on alighter note,
dont worry
let the twins grow up a bit
u will loose weight running after them

There really is no other way, you could watch your calories and fat intake but the best way to lose a tummy is to do cardio, go up and down steps, jump rope etc.

With out exercise there's is not much you can do....try to cut back on calories, drink more water. Good Luck!!!

don't take oily items.don,t go to sleep as soon as you have ur meal.don't sleep for a long time.plan ur diet properly.
