looks first then personality.
BUT if a great looking girl has no personality then i would stop seeing her very quickly.
There is nothing better than getting on with a girl with a great personality.
However we boys are that shallow , even if she was the nicest funniest girl in the world , if she was not that good looking we probably would not take any notice of her first time we met.
age has a lot to do with it. when i was younger i was more bothered what my friends thought of my girlfriends than anything else. Nowadays i could not care less , as long as i liked her.

I would say that most guys wouldn't go for a really ugly girl, even if she had a great personality, but a girl wouldn't necessarily have to be gorgeous to stand a chance if they were spot on personality wise.
Obviously gorgeous girls have it easy though, at the end of the day, guys will be guys!

Everyone is different... but for me it's probably a 55/45 split between looks/personality...
Person could be gorgeous but have a bad attitude = NO!
Person could have a great personality but be quite visually displeasing = NO!
Mix n Match is the best...

I take everything into account. Sense of humour, intelligence, the ability to challenge me, confidence, ambition, phsyical attraction, direction in life, good social skills. I could go on and on.
You could be with the best looking girl in the world, but if your personalities are not compaitible then it's not going to work.

First of all I can't say all men because nobody can answer for ALL men or all anything else for that matter.Looks are what you first see BUT not all men like the same thing.I happen to like short chubby girls as a physical type but some men prefer tall skinny blondes,but once you get to know someone your view of them changes and you may find you like someone anyway if physically you were not attracted to them at first.

Depends on the guy.
In some cases, it's just looks because the guy just wants someone for sex.
Usually for me they have to be at least decent looking to attract, but they have to have a really good personality.

boys will go for looks totally.. personality will be overlooked
guys go for looks ...somewhere personality mabye will be considered
men go for looks too but great personality will a main factor the whole thing..
