what do you mean by ugly looks? I have scoliosis...I went to a chiropractor for several months but they were not helping correct the curvature of the spine the treatment was just keeping it from curving any further. So I had surgery... two metal rods in my back to keep my spine a Little straighter. you could also go to doctor and have them give you a brace that you can wear if it isn't that bad.

Are you sure it's scoliosis? Maybe you should take calcium supplements? It may improve your posture. Otherwise, see a doctor. You may need to have an operation to correct this or maybe just wear a brace.

I would recommend a chiropractor that specialises in CBP and has spinal tractioning equipment. If your curve is over 40 degrees, it may be harder to correct.
Also, check your pelvis alignment too, it's probably out which creates an overall weakness to your structure.

In worst cases surgery is needed, otherwise you just need some exercise to lessen the pain or you might need some braces.

my father, brother and myself, all have your problem. there operations to straighten your spine if it is really causing you distress. It is very invasive and painful. If you can accept yourself for who and what you are, other people wont even notice your diability. All the best for the future!
