That is a silly question so ... Anyway, Jesus did not speak English at home. That's all I have to say.

Cavemen came first as they were more closely related to primates.
Jesus was a person who lived at the same time as the Romans. You do the maths.
And, NO, he would not have spoken English and cavemen would have barely spoken any language at all, let alone one that is made up of a complex system on verbs, nouns, past and present tense.
In response the the atheism comments - I am an atheist and I still believe that Jesus was a man you really lived at that time and really made an impact on people's lives. The only difference is that I don't believe that he was the son of God, just a very talented and sympathetic man.

Humans have been living on earth for thousands of years before the advent of Christianity; not just in caves but in towns and cities (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ancient_history for more info on ancient civilisations). There is considerable archaeological evidence of religions that pre-date the (alleged) birth of Jesus some 2000 years ago. Also, as Jesus was supposedly born in Roman-occupied Palestine, he would have spoken Aramaic and maybe some Latin. The only reason you hear his words in English is because the Bible has been translated from the original Greek and Latin (and it was written many years AFTER Jesus died, assuming he actually existed in the first place - there is no historical evidence for this)

Cave men were some of the Hunter-Gather peoples of the early stone -age, the Epipalaeolithic/Mesolithic era - a period between the end of the last ice age, 10,000 years ago to around 6,000 years ago. They spoke one of 6 proto languages, depending on where they were living.
Jesus is a figure from the Bible, and is reputed to have been born in the Gospel of Matthew (probably written between 65 and 90 AD/CE) and the Gospel of Luke (probably written between 65 and 100 AD/CE)
The nativity accounts in Matthew and Luke do not mention a date or time of year for the birth of Jesus. In Western Christianity, it has been traditionally celebrated in the liturgical season of Christmastide as Christmas on 25 December, a date that can be traced as early as 330 among Roman Christians. Before then, and still today in Eastern Christianity, Jesus' birth was generally celebrated on January 6 as part of the feast of Theophany, also known as Epiphany, which commemorated not only Jesus' birth but also his baptism by John in the Jordan River.
Some scholars note that the event described in Luke of the shepherds' activities suggest a spring or summer date for Jesus' birth. However, based on a lunar eclipse that Josephus reports shortly before the death of Herod the Great (who plays a major role in Matthew's account), as well as a more accurate understanding of the succession of Roman Emperors, Jesus' birth would have been some time during or before the year 4 BC/BCE.
He did not speak English, or Hewbrew, but Aramaic, which was the local Greek-Arabic tounge at the time of Roman conquest.

The Bible tells of Jesus' ancestor King David living for a while in caves, so in human terms cavemen came first BUT the Bible says that Jesus is the Word of God through whom God created the world, so in spiritual terms Jesus came first as he created the caves!

Cavemen came about tens of thousands of years before Jesus. Jesus was born 2000 or so years ago and spoke in Aramaic.
Cavemen would have spoken thousands of different languages.

Cavemen were around first - they lived between 20 000 and 30 000 years ago, whereas we began counting the years from Jesus' birth around 2000 years ago. Hope this helps!
By the way, I don't know why you are geting thumbs down either, I think this is a perfectly reasonable question!

If you refer to Jesus in humanform, the cavemen of course came first. But if you refer to Jesus in the spirit, He was there with God prior to the creation of the universe.

Keep asking your questions -- someone's got to try to make the happy-clappies face reality.
The Bible is a set of tribal myths that can be very useful as a guide for some peoples' lives.
If these people find it useful to think these myths are true, then OK.
But don't insist that others are to be rejected because they disagree.
The Cavemen came first.

Jesus came first because He is part of the trinity. God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.
