There is no man on earth that has the right to tell me what i have to do to begin with a true soul and there are no rules to enter this world and no book ever written that has any authority over your soul (get my point yet) , I simply asked for more knowledge on the starting structure taxes etc. Save your tirates of posion for the weak.

You really don't need a church to become tax exempt. If you wish to start one you must first have people who follow you. You must prove that your church is for the good of the masses. That is no easy task. Your church must also be a recognized religion.
You can start a Community based organization, become tax exempt and get grants from the federal government to Help People.
USA.gov has all if the information you need to gain a tax exempt status and info in the grants and how they are to be used.
It would be best to start a community based organization then go on from there.

Start preaching your gospel. When you have enough followes you can apply for tax exemption status. Alternativeley, join an existing church where the ministers have tax exemption and piggy-back of their gospel.

First, you would have to have lived in eternity with God, as God. Then be born of a virgin and called Jesus. Preach for a number of years, heal the sick, raise the dead, only to be betrayed by one of your followers and senteced to be put to death by crucifixion. Afterwards, rise up on the third day, appear to more than 500, give your disciples final instruction before ascending into heaven, to go to Jerusalem, where your church will be established. Other than that, you'd be wasting your time because God will not recognize your church as His.

Do a televangelist show, get a bank account where your followers can send you money.
Get a large box of condoms and plenty of lubricants and popers and start to evangelise.
